A law graduate with specialised training in anti-money laundering, digital assets and blockchain, she has more than twenty years of experience in the Andorran financial sector.
She has developed her career in banking institutions and in the regulatory fieldgaining solid experience in AML/CFT, risk assessment and the development of compliance policies. Her training also includes a qualification as an Expert Compliance Forensic Practitioner, providing a specialised technical perspective on the assessment of compliance systems.
Her specialisation in digital environments enables her to integrate technology and regulation, bringing a distinctive perspective to projects involving fintech, digital assets and new business models.
Elisabeth Royuela
Co-founder
A practising lawyer since 2001, specialising in Andorran law and with extensive experience in the financial sector, she has held senior management roles inlegal advisory and compliance functions within banking institutions.
She has managed AML/CFTteams, participated in specialised committees and developed projects related to governance and internal control.
Her experience combines legal rigour, management capability and strategic visionproviding a comprehensive approach to regulatory compliance. Certified as an Equality Officer and with a background in the humanities, she promotes initiatives aimed atcreating more equitable, responsible and sustainable workplaces, integrating ethical and gender perspectives into business activities.
